Return Policy

Vertical Wellness products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Vertical Wellness makes no claims as to the benefits of each product. By purchasing our products, you agree to do so based upon your own thoughts and opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
 
We offer returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please submit your return request as soon as possible by contacting customer care (information provided below). In your request please include your name, email, address, order number, and reason(s) for returning.
 
Vertical Wellness is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking information. Vertical Wellness is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
Vertical Wellness does not offer exchanges at this time.
 
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer care immediately (information provided below). In your request please include your name, email, address, order number, and a detailed description and photos of the damage.
